All craft program services provided are set up with a binding contract agreement provided by CREATEPrograms or by each individual client or library representative. Payments are due upon completion of program unless stated otherwise and written in the contract. Prices for services provided must be agreed on in advance and written into each contract and cannot change unless a new contract is written.
